Full-Time Retail Team Member

This role focuses on customer interaction and helping create a welcoming, helpful environment for collectors of all experience levels. Team members assist customers with products, maintain store organization, and support daily shop operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service

  • Assist customers with sports cards, supplies, and hobby products

  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment

  • Stock shelves and help manage inventory

  • Support store promotions, events, and trade days

Part-Time Weekend Retail Team Member

Weekend team members help support the sales floor during busy periods, assist collectors with purchases, and ensure customers have a great in-store experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and helpful customer service

  • Assist customers with product questions and purchases

  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization

  • Support store team during high traffic times

Part-Time Card Sorting & Prep Team Member

This position supports the behind-the-scenes workflow of the hobby shop and is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working with trading cards.

Responsibilities:

  • Sort and organize trading cards

  • Prep cards carefully and accurately

  • Maintain card condition standards

  • Assist with inventory handling and organization

  • Support product preparation as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Interest in sports cards, trading cards, or collectibles preferred

  • Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented attitude

  • Strong attention to detail (especially for card prep role)

  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers

  • Willingness to learn and help where needed

  • Retail or hobby experience is a plus but not required
